The services available on this website are provided only to registered users, on a single-user basis, for a specific period of time, on payment of the applicable fees and subject to these Terms & Conditions. These services are personal in nature and cannot be assigned, transferred to, or shared with anyone other than the registered user.

By registering as a user and subscribing to any service on this website, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Your right to use the services is granted on a revocable licence/permission basis, as described in these Terms & Conditions. Other than the right to use the services during the licence period, registered users have no right or title over the website or any of its content.

The services offered through this site are listed in detail on the StudynLearn homepage.

StudynLearn currently provides users with access to a curated collection of online educational content and related resources. As a user, you understand and agree that all services are provided on an "as is" basis, and StudynLearn assumes no liability for the accuracy, completeness or use of, nor any obligation to update, the information available on this website.

To use StudynLearn's online services, you must arrange your own access to the internet, either directly or through a device that can access web-based content, and pay any service fees associated with that access. You are also responsible for providing all equipment needed to make such a connection, including a computer, modem or other access device.

In consideration of your use of the services, you agree to provide correct, precise, up-to-date and complete information about yourself wherever required by a registration form, and to maintain and promptly update that information so that it remains true, accurate, current and complete.

If any information you provide is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, or if SmartSchool Education has reasonable grounds to suspect that it is, SmartSchool Education reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and to refuse any current or future use of the services (or any part of them).

If you are registering directly as a user of this website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal right and capacity to use StudynLearn's services in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. Where a user under 18 years of age wishes to use this website, that user must be registered through their parent or natural guardian, who agrees to register and supervise the minor's use of the account, and who shall be responsible for any actions taken under that account. The parent or guardian enters into this Agreement on behalf of the minor and is bound by all terms and conditions herein.

You agree, and are hereby put on notice, that you are prohibited from posting or transmitting to this website any content or material that is unlawful, threatening, libellous, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes the proprietary rights, intellectual property rights or privacy of any third party, or that violates any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation, or that contains viruses or other harmful or malicious code. Violation of this provision may result in termination of your right to use the services, in addition to any other remedies available to SmartSchool Education.

Any software made available for download from this website (excluding software that end-users may make available through a communication service) is the copyrighted work of its provider. Your use of such software is governed by the terms of its end-user licence agreement, which you must agree to before use.

SmartSchool Education reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, modify or discontinue all or part of its services at any time, without prior notice.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising out of or relating to your use of StudynLearn shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

Nothing in this Agreement creates any joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship between you and SmartSchool Education. Performance of this Agreement is subject to applicable laws and legal process in India, and nothing in it limits SmartSchool Education's right to comply with governmental, court or law-enforcement requests relating to your use of the website or information gathered through it.

Unless otherwise stated, this Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and SmartSchool Education regarding StudynLearn, and supersedes all prior communications and proposals — electronic, oral or written — relating to the StudynLearn website.

Packages, once subscribed to, cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be issued. As StudynLearn provides non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods and services, we do not offer refunds once a package has been subscribed to. By subscribing, you acknowledge and accept that no cancellation or refund is possible for any subscription made on this site.
