Thank you for choosing SmartSchool Education Ltd. We’re excited to support your learning journey with our range of products – Studynlearn Interactive Flat Panels (IFP), AI-powered tools, All-in-One (AIO) systems, and Digital Content.
We want your experience with us to be smooth and transparent. Below is our Refund & Return Policy, written to explain how shipping, installation, and support are handled.
1. Order Confirmation
- Once an order is confirmed, it is treated as final and non-cancellable.
- This is because our systems are prepared for quick dispatch, and in many cases, licenses or digital content access is activated immediately.
- Before placing your order, we recommend confirming your requirements, specifications, and site readiness (for hardware products).
2. Shipping & Dispatch
- Studynlearn IFPs are usually dispatched within 3 working day of receiving your order.
- If there’s any unavoidable delay, we’ll update you before payment is processed or within 3 working days of the order.
- Please note: if you agree to a delayed shipment, refunds are not available for the delay itself.
3. Delays Due to Unforeseen Circumstances
We understand how important timely delivery is. However, certain events are beyond our control, such as:
- Natural disasters (floods, storms, earthquakes)
- Strikes or labor unrest
- Lockdowns or curfews
- Political or civil disturbances
In these cases:
- Refunds are not provided.
- Your order will be shipped at the earliest safe and possible date.
- Our team will keep you updated on the situation.
4. Where Your Order Ships From
- Orders are shipped from a warehouse managed either directly by SmartSchool Education Ltd. or by one of our trusted vendor partners.
- The origin point of dispatch will be determined by SmartSchool based on availability and logistics.
5. Delivery Timeframes
- For most locations, your order will reach you within 7 working days of dispatch.
- Customers in remote, rural, or high-security zones may experience longer delivery times.
- Our logistics partners work hard to ensure timely delivery, but delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
6. Installation of IFPs and AIO Devices
- Installation is a key part of ensuring your device works perfectly.
- To schedule installation:
- Fill out the form sent to your registered email, OR
- Call our customer support team.
- In most cases, installation happens on the scheduled date, provided your site is ready (proper wiring, power supply, wall/floor arrangements, etc.).
- If installation is not possible on the scheduled date, we’ll reach out to reschedule at a convenient time.
7. Shipment Inspection & Transit Safety
- All SmartSchool shipments are covered by transit insurance for your peace of mind.
- At delivery:
- If the shipment looks damaged, please refuse acceptance.
- During installation, our technician will open the package and verify that the product is in perfect condition.
- If you notice damage:
- Report it immediately during inspection with photos/videos.
- This allows us to claim insurance and provide you with a quick resolution.
- Please note: damage reported after installation is complete and the technician has left cannot be covered under insurance.
8. Damages or Technical Issues
We stand by the quality of our products. However, in case you experience any issues:
- Repairs or replacements will be arranged as per the situation.
- Refunds are not provided, but our service team ensures minimal disruption to your use.
- For Digital Content or AI products, if you face technical difficulties, our support team will work with you to resolve them quickly.
9. Non-Returnable Products
To maintain fairness and product integrity:
- All SmartSchool products (Studynlearn IFPs, AI tools, AIO devices, and Digital Content) are non-returnable once delivered.
- Digital Content (e.g., online courses, e-learning modules, AI-driven learning tools, or licensed software) is non-refundable and non-returnable once activated or accessed, since it is considered consumed upon first use.
